Our chief minister Naveen Patnaik has ordered to celebrate three-day classical tag celebrations. He told that all government buildings in Odisha will be decorated and illuminated with colourful lights for three days as a mark of joy. The schools will organise programmes for awareness of Odia language .

It is a good news for all of us. We should have respect for our mothertongue Odia. We should have respect for our mother tongue Odia. Our children are studing this language as a third language in schools and colleges. It is now time for the State Government to start efforts for development and publicity of Odia language.
