THE SUMMER HAS COME.
There are no recipes have written for summer.I 'll write some food recipes and some cold drink recipe. I'am rajastani (marwadi), but i like oriya food very much.
If someone writes something about this, It will be great pleasure for me.

I'm presenting here my favourite dish.
RAJASTANI ALOO BAATI
--------------------
Ingredients needed-
--------------------
MAIDA(wheat flour)-250gm
GHEE( BUTTER )-150gm
OIl-1tbsp
ALOO (PATATO)boiled-125gm
GARAM MASALA-1tsp
DHANIA -1tsp
JEERA -1tsp
ROASTED JEERA(cumin seed)-1tsp
KAJU&KISMIS-15gm
GREEN CHILLI & GINGER PASTE-1\2 tsp
BAY LEAF-1\2"
CORIANDER LEAF CHOPPED-alittle beat
BLACK SALT-according to your taste
SALT-according to your taste
Method-
------------
for making stuff-
First of all mash the boiled patatoes by peeling them.
Take a pan,heat oil in it.
Add all the spices one by one and then add the Patatoes.
Add salt roasted jeera,black salt,salt,garam masala,dhaniya,chilli powder&chopped coriander
Fryfor 5-6 mins then keep a side.
For making dough-
Take 100 gms of ghee and melt it.
On the flour add ghee, salt&water to make a stiff dough.
Now make small balls from it,stuff the aloo stuffingin the balls.
Then grill it in griller,ovan.
Finally heat the rest of ghee,dip the balls9baatis)&
serve with dal.
