This is my first post but as food lover, I feel to share this simple & easy food court..
To serve 4 people
2 onions - finely chopped
1 small piece of ginger - finely chopped
2 green chillies - finely chopped
few corrinder leaves - finely chopped
1 small carrot - finely chopped
1 tomato - finely chopped
grated cocunut - 2 table spoons
black peper powder
Add all the chopped onions, ginger, carrot, chilly, tomato & 6 eggs in a bowl and mix it well. Add salt as per your taste and keep stirring for few mins.
Take a frying pan, bigger in size with edges raised.. and warm 2 spoons of edible oil. Once it is warm, pour the mix in the pan and esnure that the heat is minimum. Scatter the mix in the pan slowly so that it covers the entire area in the pan.
Now Sprinkle the chopped corrinder leaves on the top, add little black pepper powder, sprinkle the gratted cocunut and add 1 spoon of cow ghee or butter for flavour.
Remember don't stir at all. Cover the pan and cook it for 10 mins with minimum heat.
The rest... once you are done..! It will look simmilar like a Pizza... cut it into slices........ taste and enjoy!
