Ingredients:-

1. Black Mustard Seed- 25Grams
2. Onion - 1 medium size
3. Garlic - 6 cloves
4. Dried Red Chillies - 2
5. Jeera - 5 Grams
6 ginger - 10-15 Grams
7. Turmeric Powder- 1 Table Spoon
8. Salt - 2 Tea Spoon ( Depends upon Taste)
9. Rice ( Arua Chaula)- 50 Grams ( Soak Over night)

( You can take Potatoes /Big Onions/Brinjals/Groundnut Seeds+Small onion leave,Pure Garlic Leave for frying)

Process:----

Take all ingredients in a mixie and grind to make a smooth paste, adding required water.Don't open the lid of the mixie container at once, after grinding. ( wait for two minutes) otherwise you will start sneezing.

If the paste is thick add some water to make it thin, but make sure it is as thick as Tomato Sauce.

Slice the vegetable in a slicer with 3-4 mm thickness. Now Take a fry pan( better with Non stick). Put one tea spoon of mustard oil and grease the pan. When it is hot take the slices mix with the paste as the surface of the slices are covered with the paste. Put them one by one in the hot pan. Put some oil if necessary on the top.
Fry the vegetables till they are cooked.

Serve Hot.
( This recipe is not recommended for the people who don't take chillies or oily food)

Ingredients can be varied depending upon taste.
